Charlie Eve is a British historian, broadcaster and author, known widely on social media as The History Magpie. 

There, he travels across Britain, documenting the nation’s rich and often unknown historic sites with the hope of shining a light on the forgotten corners of our small island to his 250,000+ followers.

Proudly recognised as one of the History Extra 30 Under 30 members by Alice Loxton and the BBC for contributing to history. He is also a valued member of the Education Advisory Committee for the British Normandy Memorial. 

Charlie has worked with numerous museums, schools, trusts and non-profits to keep Britain’s history in the public eye.
